温和减法具体要减掉什么？

What exactly should gentle subtraction remove?

减掉三类：酒精（高浓度乙醇）、香精（含香精与精油类）、强表活（皂基与强脱脂清洁剂）。同时减少去角质频率与功效叠加数量。

Remove three categories: high-concentration alcohol, fragrance (including essential oils), and harsh surfactants (soap-based, strong degreasers). Also reduce exfoliation frequency and the number of actives layered.

减法不是什么都不用，而是在修护期把变量降到最少，让问题可以被归因。

执行方式：修护期只保留清洁 + 一支保湿 + 一支补脂质，其余暂停 2–4 周。

屏障稳定后再逐样加回，每次只加一样，这就是耐受渐进与温和减法的配合。

Subtraction is not using nothing; it is minimising variables during repair so problems can be attributed.

During repair keep only cleansing, one hydrator and one lipid product; pause everything else for 2–4 weeks.
