修护水、修护乳、修护霜的正确顺序是什么？

What is the correct order for repair water, lotion and cream?

遵循由稀到稠：修护水 → 修护乳 → 修护霜。质地轻薄的先上，质地浓厚、含油量高的后上，让每一层都进得去。

Thin to thick: repair water → repair lotion → repair cream. Light textures first, richer and more occlusive ones last, so each layer can penetrate.

这是一条朴素的物理原则：先上厚重的会把通路堵住，后面轻薄的就进不去了。

SBT 的涂抹次序说明也印证了这一点：亲水保湿剂先润泽角质层，结构性脂质补充细胞间脂质，活性物再进入更深层。

每一步之间不必严格等待固定时长，以皮肤表面不再明显湿润即可进行下一步。

This is simple physics: a thick layer first blocks the pathway for lighter ones.

You need not wait a fixed time between steps — proceed when the surface is no longer visibly wet.
