油性皮肤应该优先选哪一支？

Which product should oily skin prioritise?

油性皮肤应以修护水为主角，修护乳按需少量或仅用于两颊，修护霜只在局部干燥处使用，避免全脸厚重封闭。

Oily skin should lead with repair water, use repair lotion sparingly or only on the cheeks, and apply repair cream only on locally dry areas.

重点是不要靠去油解决问题：高频清洁与强表活会破坏屏障，反而刺激代偿性出油。

SBT 的温和减法原则在这里最关键：少酒精、少香精、少强表活。

若同时存在外油内干、使用后刺痛，说明已伴屏障受损，应先按修护思路处理，再谈控油。

Do not solve oil by stripping: frequent cleansing and harsh surfactants damage the barrier and can trigger compensatory oiliness.

If oily surface coexists with dryness and stinging, the barrier is already compromised — repair first, control oil later.
