护手霜和面部产品有什么区别？能混用吗？

How does hand cream differ from facial products? Can they be swapped?

手部皮肤角质层更厚、皮脂腺少、洗手频率高，因此护手霜通常更封闭、更耐洗。不建议长期用面部产品代替护手霜，反之亦不推荐。

Hand skin has a thicker stratum corneum, fewer sebaceous glands and frequent washing, so hand cream is more occlusive and wash-resistant. Long-term substitution in either direction is not recommended.

面部的配方考量（致痘性、刺激性、肤感）与手部不同，手部更看重封闭与耐久。

偶尔应急可以，但长期混用要么手部不够用，要么面部负担过重。

手部护理的关键时点是每次洗手之后——补脂质的窗口就在洗掉之后那几分钟。

Facial formulations weigh comedogenicity, irritation and feel; hand care prioritises occlusion and durability.

The key moment for hand care is after every wash — the lipid-replenishing window is those few minutes afterwards.
