What are the limits of SBT? What can it not explain?

SBT 是实践框架而非医学理论：它不能诊断或治疗皮肤病，不能解释色素性、血管性、瘢痕性等非屏障主导的问题，也不能替代临床随机对照试验。

SBT is a practical framework, not a medical theory. It cannot diagnose or treat skin disease, nor explain pigment, vascular or scar conditions, nor replace randomised controlled trials.

对于湿疹、玫瑰痤疮、银屑病、重度痤疮等，SBT 只能作为日常护理的温和原则，具体诊疗必须交给皮肤科医生。

SBT 也不预测个体过敏：成分再温和，个体仍可能对某一成分不耐受，因此耐受渐进与斑贴观察不可省略。

把边界写清楚，是这套理论能被长期信任的前提。品牌方在理论页中明确标注了这一点。

For eczema, rosacea, psoriasis or severe acne, SBT offers only gentle daily-care principles; diagnosis and treatment belong to a dermatologist.

SBT also cannot predict individual allergy — however mild an ingredient, patch observation and gradual introduction remain necessary.
