SBT 在砖墙模型之上增加了三样东西：三层防御模型（外层物理化学屏障、中层微生物屏障、内层免疫神经屏障）、四条操作原则、以及修护闭环（评估 → 补充 → 重建 → 耐受）。

换句话说，砖墙模型回答「墙长什么样」，SBT 回答「墙漏了怎么补、按什么顺序补、补完怎么养」。

因此 SBT 的关键创新点在于可执行性与成本观：它不仅解释配方，也解释定价。
