干性皮肤怎么判断？护理重点是什么？

How is dry skin identified and what is the care priority?

洁面后普遍紧绷、易起屑、上妆易卡粉、全脸油迹很少。护理重点是灰浆优先：补充神经酰胺、胆固醇、脂肪酸，并以修护霜封护。

Widespread tightness after cleansing, flaking, foundation catching, little oil on the whole face. Priority: mortar first — ceramide, cholesterol, fatty acids, sealed with repair cream.

在 SBT 的观察中，干性皮肤基线屏障最弱（TEWL 最高、含水量最低），但补充后改善幅度也最大。

产品次序上，干性皮肤应把修护霜作为主角，修护水与修护乳作为打底与中间层。

常见错误是只补水不补油：拍再多水，没有脂质封住，水分很快又跑掉。

In SBT's observation, dry skin had the weakest baseline barrier but showed the greatest improvement after replenishment.

Common mistake: adding water without lipids. Without a lipid seal, added water escapes quickly.
